This is a Green Sea Turtle, painted in gouach, pen & Ink, on Two Rivers hand made paper and  framed with art glass.  My friend went to Thailand recently and took some photos of the turtles in a rescue centre, this one really stood out to me and I had to paint it.  Thankfully, this one could be released but sadly, because of their injuries, some remain captive for life.
